My cats love this! They sit in it, they roll around in it, and they sink their claws into it!! We love that it’s 100% recyclable, organic, and compostable!! Its non-toxic and chemical free which means its safe for the kitties too! It’s a very durable scratcher so it’s going to be reused for a long time. Our kitty, Angelita, loves to scratch & when I saw her going after my sofa & headboard, I knew it was time to get her a kitty scratcher! Plus weirdly, she scratches my area rug too & I was like, oh no!I ordered this PetPro Cat scratcher because it's non-toxic, chemical free, & made from recycled material that is biodegradable. It looked sturdy & the oval bowl design was cute.I received it quickly in 4 days. Angelita was very curious about it when I opened up the box!It was thick & sturdy but lightweight. I could tell right away it was well constructed. I removed the label & placed it in our kitchen (so she quits scratching my rug). I put some catnip on it & placed her on top, she ran off! She doesn't like being told what to do. I left to meet a friend for lunch then when I got back, she was on it, scratching away! Yay! When she finished scratching, she just sat on it.I know she loves it because she's always using it to scratch and she also just sits in it as if it's her little seat in the kitchen. SUCCESS! No more scratching my furniture or the rug!I highly recommend this cat scratcher for any kitty with claws! It was definitely worth it!
My cat loves it. He lays in it too and he is a big cat.
It's fairly small so my large cats really don't fit in it. Also couldn't get the stuck on paper off of the bed side. So now the cats that do fit in it have to lay on the stuck paper

My cats LOVE these soooo much! TherValue!! Is no hard counter cardboard around exterior, so they are a little easier to chew sides up and a bit of paper comes off, but they are tough and can handle it. Great value!!

Does the scratcher pad need to be replaced?
Yes, the sisal pad is replaceable. Replacement pads are available in our Accessories section. Most cats go through one pad every 6-12 months depending on usage.
