• USA: 5–12 business days

United States: Processing time is typically  1 day before shipping  for (Designer Pet Products ,PetPro &Lucky Kennels.)

United States: Processing time for other products not listed before, will take : 1–5 business days before shipment.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information whenever available. Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier or customs processing, which are outside of our control.
